David Ceballos, Ph.D. is our team director for SPMA. David has served as a missionary in Micronesia, the Carribean, Spain, Honduras, Panama and the most foreign place of all, Texas. Providing overall programming support, David helps coordinate the relational work with the Panamanian Department of Health, our U.S. participants, and our local communities. David also initiates our evangelism and discipleship initiatives in Panama. Both David & Cindy reside in Panama.

Jennifer Glasgow is a passionate Christian who is always on mission for Christ. Jennifer has served on multiple non-profit boards and is a technology and public relations specialists. She has served as a short-term mission team leader multiple times, active in her local church, and very active in the work in Panama.
Cindy Ceballos, BSN, CDE, is our team coordinator as well as our medical "boots on ground" medical nurse. She holds a B.S.N, and CDE certification and a whole lot of years of critical care nursing experience. Her passion has been mission work for over 20 years having served in Spain, Honduras, and currently Panama. She left corporate life in the pharmeceutical industry to walk the jungles of Panama!
Jim Wright, B.S., is a pastor and a Texas Aggie (that's okay though). Jim pastors a church in West Texas and has been involved in missions for years both locally and abroad.. He and his wife Kay, have been involved in mission work in Honduras and Panama. Jim helps provide leadership and guidance in discipleship and spiritual ministry in Panama.

Dr. Andy Lee, M.D. is a practicing physician in the U.S. with years of missionary experience. Currently Board Certified, American Board of Family Practitioners and extensive experience on foreign medical mission trips to Panama, Mexico, Honduras, Belize, Guatemala, Nicaragua. Dr. Lee has been involved in Panama for years and provides technical expertise and oversight of the medical mission initiative in Panama.
Janet Cavalier, M.Div. is an Associate Pastor in her local church serving on a staff of over 8 pastors. She is originally from Louisiana and wears many hats and is involved in mission projects such as Collin County Homeless Coalition, Habitat for Humanity – coordinate volunteer teams for home builds, Title One Elementary School – School partnership and Reach mentor coordinator Heifer International – coordinate yearly fundraiser and trip to Arkansas Heifer Ranch and Heifer Haiti. Janet has been involved in Panama for over 6 years and provides spiritual and discipleship leadership to SPMA. She has children who have served as missionaries in China.
